MSBTE conducts end-semester examinations twice a year, one for each semester.
Winter Examination
November – December
Odd semesters — 1st, 3rd and 5th
Summer Examination
April – June

Exam Process
From exam form to result

Exam form
Fill in the MSBTE examination form through the institute within the given dates.

Hall ticket
Collect your hall ticket from the exam cell before the exams begin.

Examinations
Appear for theory and practical exams as per the MSBTE timetable.

Result
Check your result online on the MSBTE results portal once declared.
Exam Rules
Rules for the examination hall
Follow these rules during every theory and practical examination.
- 01
Carry your hall ticket and college identity card to every examination.
- 02
Report to the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the paper begins.
- 03
Check your seat number on the notice board before entering the hall.
- 04
Mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic devices are not allowed in the examination hall.
- 05
Do not carry any written or printed material into the hall.
- 06
Only non-programmable calculators are allowed, where permitted for the paper.
- 07
Write your seat number only in the space provided on the answer book.
- 08
Do not leave the hall during the first 30 minutes or the last 10 minutes of the paper.
- 09
Any form of malpractice will be reported to MSBTE and dealt with as per its rules.
- 10
Follow the instructions of the supervisor and the exam cell at all times.
